  • The Middlebury Infrastructure Committee is interested in feedback from the Walk/Bike Council on a proposed change to the intersection.

  • Two Rivers Ottauquechee Regional Commission (TRORC) is conducting a survey to determine regional needs for updates, extensions, and connections within its sidewalk, public multi-use pathways, and on-road bike lane networks. Is this something we should emulate?

Mary Hogan Preschool Gets New Bikes

Recently, the Mary Hogan Preschool Program, Frog Hollow Bikes, and Safe Routes Middlebury partnered to bring six new balance bicycles to the preschool. Balance bikes do not have pedals and are great tools for beginning cyclists. These bikes will promote outdoor activity, improve safety skills, and further community engagement through biking.

May Is Bike Month!  Use this time of reduced traffic to practice navigating downtown following rules of road.
