The work done by the Walk-Bike Council of Addison County is focused at the community level, and we have representatives from many towns in the county. But we can always use more input and interest from towns in which we do not have a representative, so please have a look at the list of towns below and let us know if you'd like to become involved in initiatives within your town or on a county-wide basis. Thanks for your interest!
Much of the work we do involves coordination with, and guidance from, the Addison County Regional Planning Commission (ACRPC), which serves the 21 towns of the Addison Region and provides assistance on a range of community development activities and issues. ACRPC provides leadership and technical expertise to encourage cooperative planning within and among the region’s communities and area-wide interests.
